he predecessor of Wanzhi Group was established in 2002 in Henan Zidong Ironand Steel Center by the founder and chairman of the group, Mr. Wang Huamin. At the beginning of the company's establishment, the main business was the inventory and sales of construction materials such as coils, steel bars, angle steels, channel steels, -beams and plates. The Magic Group completed brand integration, equity allocation and asset reorganization on August 8, 2018, and officially launched the management transformation and strategic layout of the Magic Group.
At present, the main business of the Magic Group is divided into five parts: R&D and production of building materials, spot storage and sales, import and export trade, project bidding, information network technology and corporate management strategy consulting.
